HEALTHCARE WAIVER AND RELEASE

If at any time during the practice, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the practice. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.

You should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. You will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.

By using ADRIENNESHUM.COM website and / or participating in a yoga practice with Adrienne, you agree to accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.

By using ADRIENNESHUM.COM website and / or participating in a yoga practice with Adrienne, you verify that you are physically fit and able to participate in this type of class.

If pregnant, by using ADRIENNESHUM.COM website and / or participating in a yoga practice with Adrienne, you verify that you are participating in yoga classes with your licensed medical doctor’s full approval.

PAYMENT POLICY

Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds.

Plan Expiration Policy: Upon expiration of any workshop, your access will end without contact or action needed from the student.

Plan Extension Policy: There is no option to extend or add access time to any workshops. There are no exceptions made to this policy.

Option to Freeze Policy: There is no option to pause or freeze any workshop access.

Transfer Policy: We do not permit the sharing of workshop access with anyone not in your household.

Access Policy: It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address in the payment process in order to gain access to Services you have purchased.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, enter into a database, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit or in any way exploit any part of ADRIENNESHUM.COM website and its related content or any content thereon, except that you may make one print copy that is limited to occasional articles of personal interest only.
